There’s no perfect opening sentence for therapy. You might have a clear reason for coming, or you might only know that something feels difficult. Both are valid places to begin.

The first conversation is a chance to get to know each other. You can ask about the process, say what you hope to work on, and notice how it feels to talk together.

A free consultation is a small first step. It doesn’t ask you to commit to a whole journey—just to a conversation about whether this relationship might be right for you.

We can start with a conversation.

Fifteen minutes to ask questions, tell me a little about yourself, and see if we’re a good fit. No charge. No pressure.
